New Beginnings

Seeing is believing!

Or, is it, NOT seeing is believing?    After my Ocular Occlusion (slight stroke in optical vein) in my left eye, I noticed a few interesting things.     I first noticed that I no longer felt grounded.    I was very visually connected to things.

I knew where everything was and could spot things others wouldn’t notice.    With one eye not seeing very well and the other 20/20,   I felt a bit energetically lop-sided.    Something was missing, blurry, foggy and unfocused.    It was nerve racking to say the least.

As days went on, things started to change.   As I started to heal, (a miracle to discuss another day), the confusion started to change into something else.    My other senses started to kick in and become more acute.    I could hear, smell and even taste things I hadn’t been able to before.   Hightened senses!

In the next few days up until present,  I’ve noticed that as my vision returns in the left eye, my other senses remain heightened.   It was a training to add to my body’s own protection instincts.

Now as my senses are all heighted creating a wonderful new World to discover.

Love Letter to Autumn

As F. Scott Fitzgerald said in The Great Gatsby, “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” It seems like an oxymoron of sorts. As the leaves turn red and orange, grass turns to brown and the air turns crisp, it allows us to slow down

Influential Heroes: Siri Lindley

Scott Tennant Hi, everyone, and welcome to our very first influential heroes. This is my friend Siri Lindley. I met her at my very first UPW with Tony Robbins, which is Unleash Your Power Within. And wow, did I really learn what it was like to unleash the power within!

The 2021 Texas Blizzard

The 2021 Texas Blizzard Spring is coming to give us a rebirth. A Texas blizzard: an oxymoron to say the least. To me, this can be taken as a sign. Hard freeze and 8-10 inches of snow-covered Dallas. A thick, white, beautiful covering over a lifeless, dead, colorless landscape; another oxymoron so
